CALIFORNIA ROAST

OVEN: (2lbs.) Cook @350 degrees for 1hr.

BBQ:  (2lbs.) Turn 1 burner on high and 1 burner on low, put the roast on the low side for 1hr.

 


 

BEEF OLIVES

OVEN: Cook @350 degrees for approx. 30-35mins.

BBQ: Medium heat for approx. 25-30mins.

 

 


 

 

FLATTENED CHICKENS

OVEN: Cook @350 degrees for 45mins.

BBQ: Medium heat for 45mins. Flip once.

 

 


 

 

TEXAS HE-MAN STEAK

BBQ (3lbs.)

Turn BBQ to high & cook for 5 mins. on each side, then turn BBQ to low and cook for 3 mins. on each side.

Note: If your steak is larger, then add additional time to the low temperature. (Eg: 4lb. steak would be cooked on low for 4 mins. each side)

 


 

TEXAS SOUVLAKI PIG

OVEN: Cook @350 degrees for approx. 20-25mins.

BBQ: Medium to High heat for 7-9mins. per side. Slice & serve. 

*Don’t forget our delicious tzatziki dipping sauce.
